We are closing out some our product lines. We offer exceptional savings on specially priced items. To keep our prices low, we have some restrictions on ordering and shipping. d-store reserves the right to refuse any order by refusing to accept payment.

Billing Practice
Credit Cards are processed at the time orders are shipped unless other arrangements are made. Your card will not be charged unless product is in stock. Pre-orders and special phone orders may require a deposit. See specific products for details. If the item is sold out, you will be notified by e-mail and your payment will not be accepted.
Personal checks will be accepted but the checks must clear before product is shipped.
US customers (CT deliveries only) will be charged applicable
sales tax . ALL PRICES ARE POSTED IN U.S.

Your order is submitted via secure server connections.
Online ordering systems will ask your computer to accept cookies. These cookies
allow the ordering system to keep track of your order as you add or subtract products from
your shopping cart. The cookies will expire within one hour after you leave the
site. If you do not allow cookies to be accepted on your computer, online ordering
will not function.
Credit card fraud is a felony
and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We
track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting
fraud.
We accept domestic credit card orders by e-mail. If you e-mail your order along with a telephone number and time you can be reached, we will call you back for your credit card information. If you prefer to e-mail your credit card information along with your order, we encourage you to split your credit card information between two separate e-mails for additional security.

d-store, Inc. takes your privacy very seriously. We employ the best security
measures available. Any, information (including credit card) that you send us is protected
by SSL Encryption Technology, and prevents it from being intercepted over the Internet.
We will never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, for
any reason, except as required by law.
Several sections of our site may link to other sites. Although we make every effort to
select sites that we feel might be of interest to our customers, we cannot guarantee your
privacy when linking to one of these sites.
1. What information do we gather?
We use cookies to track your stay at our store and track your shopping cart. The cookie
does not gather any information from your computer or profile your system. If you do not
allow cookies, you will not be able to place orders on-line.
There are two places on our website where we collect your personal information: During the
checkout phase of your buying process, and when you register for our newsletter. Depending
on the information needed to complete your request/order/service, you may be required to
submit a maximum of your name, company, email address, telephone number, shipping address,
credit card number, and type of payment.
In addition we may collect your e-mail address for any correspondence you may send to us, and any contest you may enter online.
2. How do we use your information?
We have three main uses for your personal information: Tracking your visit at d-store,
inc. processing and shipping your order, and being able to contact you a) at your request,
b) because of an issue with your order, or c) for occasional special offers.
We track your visit by buying habits. We use this information to stay informed about our
customer's needs and to make sure we are offering the best products and services
available. Your telephone number is used only if we have questions or need to reach you
immediately regarding your order.
We do not store credit card information on our site, nor does our third party credit card
verification company. This information is always requested on a purchase by purchase basis
and it is used to process your order only. Your name, address, telephone, email, and
shipping address all remain private in our secure database.
E-mail addresses can be used for our newsletter mailing. If you currently receive our
newsletter and would like to 'unsubscribe,' simply call or email carol@d-store.com and we
will remove you from the newsletter email list.
3. With whom will your information be shared?
We will not share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to
other companies for any reason, except as required by law.
4. SSL Technology
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is presently the safest way to send credit card
information over the Internet. Information is first encrypted on your computer, then
decrypted on our side, preventing anyone from accessing any information in between. To
ensure your security, we recommend the use of SSL-capable browsers, like Netscape 5.0 or
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
Orders are shipped as soon as funds are available. Closeouts will only be shipped with delivery confirmation. If your order totals over $100, a delivery signature may be required. UPS SHIPMENTS MAY REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE AT THE RECEIVING ADDRESS
Domestic
For domestic Credit Card Orders, Certified Check, Money Orders and Bank Wires, shipment is
usually within 48 hours. Orders are shipped via the method chosen at check out. Delivery
typically takes 3-4 days. Next Day and 2nd day air rates may be available
for certain items. If you
require alternate shipping arrangements, e-mail. C.O.D.orders
cannot be accepted.
International
Closeouts cannot ship International Orders. In most cases
however, it may be possible to ship UPS to Canada.

RETURNS
Closeout Merchandise is priced lower than retail because we cannot support the level of customer assistance of a retail establishment. Product that is defective upon receipt can be exchanged. Otherwise, for closeout merchandise, the manufacturer's warranty applies, and all merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer.
If the product is defective upon receipt, email for return instructions and authorization.
PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED IF RMA # IS NOT CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
Software purchases must be returned unopened.
Credit and replacements to be expedited within 30 days of receipt of product.
